Provide strong, decisive leadership, guidance and support to the Finance, Procurement, and Rating teams to ensure Council has a professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) portfolio. Provide a comprehensive financial and management accounting service to all functional areas of Council, ensuring appropriate financial corporate policies, guidelines and procedures are in place and maintained. Provide direction and advice on all matters relating to the ongoing financial sustainability of Council. Provide high level support and advice to the Executive Manager Corporate and Community Building, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, and the Council.
