The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the investment management industry, capable of leading an international high-performance People & Culture team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.The role will see you shaping and driving our People Strategy forward, providing expert guidance on organisational development, strategic workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned to our values. An experienced People & Culture executive, you are passionate about creating a workplace were people feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing progressive HR strategies in a high performing, global environment. With a background in the investment management/banking or real estate funds industry, you will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector with the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
