The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting Advanced Wound Care portfolio strategy in North Cluster (Advanced Wound Dressings, Advanced Skin Care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) Develop sales tools that support Advanced Wound Care market penetration To support country IBP Portfolio Review Support execution of Global NPI’s of and Commercialization Process in country of Advanced Wound Care Portfolio Develop and deployment of Advanced Wound Dressings, Advanced Skin Care portfolio strategies in Mexico Support local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customers Support local sales managers, channel, reps, and clinical specialist Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university Strong knowledge of wounds market, experience working in a health care or medical device environment 3 years in commercial or marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results Bilingual (English-Spanish) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams Highly motivated, proactive and eager to learn and develop a career within the medical device marketing field Strong communication and analytics Ability to translate a regional portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing others Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel) Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
