Social network you want to login/join with: Country Manager, Automotive Solutions We are hiring a Country Manager at ASE Global to join the team in Spain! The successful Country Manager will provide dedicated Business Management services to OEMs and NSCs clients within the automotive market. They will build, grow, and nurture strong client relationships by providing ASE solutions to both current and potential clients. The Country Manager will work closely with the Global Sales and Operations Director and the respective Brand Directors to deliver ASE's services for NSCs managed at a European or Global level, while also being fully responsible for those managed on a market-only basis. What Your Day Will Look Like Contribute directly to the company's growth by building relationships that lead to the delivery of additional ASE solutions. Work with a team to expand office operations. Develop consulting services and interact with clients to provide advice, design proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage expectations. Maintain effective communication with ASE Directors, Brand Directors, and Business Development Teams to align resources with client needs. Establish strategic plans and business goals with relevant teams. Assess competitive conditions and provide monthly reports with recommendations to the Executive Board. Recruit, train, and develop the automotive skills of the ASE market team. Manage office administration, including premises, financial reporting, legislative compliance, and staff. Report monthly to the Executive Board on performance, business development, revenue opportunities, and competitor activity. About You At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Business degree or equivalent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to develop client relationships and secure long-term contracts. Knowledge of the automotive industry, current trends, and client operations. Ability to manage multiple projects and motivate teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Sales and business development expertise. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both written and verbal. Legally authorized to work in Spain. J-18808-Ljbffr
