Your future role within QRTDesign, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and robustnessCollaborate with trading, operations, and quant teams to understand requirements and rapidly deliver internal tools and dashboardsDevelop APIs, data pipelines, and microservices to integrate with trading platforms, databases, and external market data providersBuild rich and interactive frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in productionImplement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentationEnsure secure handling of financial and trade data in line with industry standards Your present skillset5 years of full stack development experience in a production environmentStrong backend experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or GoExperience designing and working with REST APIs or GraphQLProficient with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or AngularStrong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databasesFamiliarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plusHands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
