Job Description

Purpose To lead advanced analytical initiatives and insight-generation processes that go beyond local capabilities — transforming complex data into actionable business insights that accelerate decision-making across markets. Key Responsibilities Lead Advanced Analytical Projects Beyond Local Capability - Execute complex or cross-country analyses that require specialized tools or expertise. Turn Data into Actionable Insights - Integrate multiple data sources and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for global and local teams. Develop and Govern the Global Data Ecosystem - Build and maintain centralized dashboards, data pipelines, and standardized KPIs to ensure consistent access and comparability across markets. Support Local Teams with On-Demand Analytics Expertise - Provide consulting and analytical support to markets lacking time, tools, or capabilities, delivering ready-to-use insights that inform key decisions. Drive Automation and Build Analytical Capability - Identify common analytical needs to automate reporting and create reusable tools, while training teams to strengthen data knowledge and insight generation skills. Profile Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Consumer Intelligence, Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields. Master’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or MBA with a data-driven focus. Professional Experience 6 years in data analysis, consumer intelligence, market research, or advanced analytics. Proven experience leading global or multicultural projects, ideally within food & beverage sector. Technical Expertise Proficiency in advanced analytics tools: SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker. Experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, multivariate analysis, and machine learning techniques. Strong knowledge of global data ecosystems, integrating multiple sources (CRM, POS, panels, social listening). Core Competencies Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business objectives. Collaborative Leadership : Influence without authority, working cross-functionally with global and local teams. Executive Communication : Skilled at presenting findings to senior audiences in a clear, persuasive manner.
