Job Description
BYD México, leader in electromobility, is looking for your talent as Quality Assurance Jr. Engineer, to ensure that excellence in our services from the dealers. This is a commercial role, not related to manufacturing or similar, profiles with that experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Conduct secret visits to BYD dealer service centers and competitor service stores, providing regular feedback and analysis of findings. Drive continuous improvement of sales and service processes, ensuring timely follow-up and verification of corrective actions from visit reports. Manage and track PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and after-sales quality issues, supporting rapid implementation of improvement projects. Execute additional ad hoc assignments to support the Quality and After-Sales teams as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above , preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related technical fields. Maximum 2 Years of experience in the mentioned activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication skills Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Mexico and neighboring countries .
