Commercial Services Coordinator

Responsiblities : 1. iCare -Maintenance Contract Booking & Management You would be responsible for booking Maintenance Contract Orders in SalesForce with end to end responsibilities. 2. Order Booking & Billing Thereof You would be responsible for Entering the Customer Orders into SAP & Track & get them bill on respective Due Dates. To fulfill these responsibilities, you may need to interact with Customers & intercompany. 3. Account Receivables You would be responsible to follow-up with Customers and Collections against the Invoices raised on them. 4. Install Base Update You would be responsible for updating the install base comprehensively in Excel File. For that, You need to have the knowledge of SAP, BI Tool etc. and also would need to interact with the different people to get the necessary information which includes sales, service, projects & partners etc. 5. Lead Generation Via Email Notification & Tele-Calling You would be responsible for sending the Notifications to Customers before expiry of Warranty or Contract Date. You would be responsible to maintain the database in Excel to track and send the reminders on Weekly Basis & Calling afterwards and to convert into Lead. 6. Offers You would be responsible for sending the Offers to all the customers. All the customers must be provided by the Service offers & bring them on discussion table. You would be responsible to fix up the meeting with customer and align engineer for discussion. A Tracking database must be prepared to see the performance. Required education, experience and competencies : Education : Bachelor Degree in any Stream Experience : Min. 5 years in a technical oriented commercial environment Competencies : Must have the knowledge of SAP-ECC Must have the Knowledge of Excel Good Command over English Commercial feeling and financial insight Team Player Other Attributes : Adaptive to the Business Needs ️ We are committed to conducting our business activities with the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and compliance across all aspects of our operations.
