Review and prepare corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement solutions, and share innovative ideas. Deliver outstanding client service while mentoring and developing junior staff. Participate in business development and community networking initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA license (Ohio preferred). 4–10 busy seasons of public accounting experience (regional firm experience a plus). Familiarity with tax software such as Axcess Tax, CCH ProSystem fx, or similar platforms is beneficial. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Interested in hearing more?
