They’re now looking for an IT Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects from concept to go-live - and beyond. Why this role? Manage end-to-end ERP projects with autonomy and visibility Collaborate with experienced engineers, analysts, and retail specialists Combine hands-on technical customisation with project leadership Hybrid flexibility — work on-site, from home, or occasionally in Heidelberg Competitive salary package up to €85,000 , with long-term development prospects What you’ll do Lead ERP projects from planning and execution through to delivery and post-go-live support Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications Customise and adapt ERP modules (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) to match client needs Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget Train and support end users during and after implementation What you’ll bring Several years’ experience managing IT projects, ideally of an ERP nature Solid technical understanding (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English plus German or French Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with international teams You’ll be part of a collaborative, international environment that values initiative, learning, and continuous improvement.
