Plan, prioritize, and manage development projects to ensure they meet business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Create and implement development strategies that align with company objectives and goals and ensure the efficient use of resources. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team to remain at the forefront of the industry. Foster collaboration between the development team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions. Qualifications Dynamic and enthusiastic person with IT and management background. Fluent speaking and writing skills in English. Team working capabilities and proactive attitude for learning and progression. Creativity and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing team.
