Business Analyst - System Integration, Customer Transformation - 24 month fixed term

Job Description
The Opportunity – 24 Month fixed term contract: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will support solution design and technical alignment for system integrations within our Customer Transformation Program - a strategic initiative focused on modernizing core customer platforms, enhancing digital channels, and streamlining business processes. Responsibilities include: Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to system integrations and data exchanges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders — to ensure integration solutions meet business needs and technical standards. Map and document data flows between core platforms, identifying dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and validate integration designs and interface specifications. Support testing and validation of integrated systems by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and assisting with defect triage. Provide clear traceability between business requirements, integration designs, and delivered outcomes, ensuring alignment with the broader Customer Transformation roadmap. What we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly regarded Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system integrations (API, Data flows, cloud environments etc) Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and system requirements into clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with digital channels & core Customer platforms (desirable) Experience in agile and/or hybrid delivery environments, with strong facilitation and requirements management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership and governance forums Experience with major corporate transformations (desirable) Experience within Utilities/Energy industry (desirable) How to Apply: If you’re ready to ‘light the way’ towards your next career move, click the 'Apply’ button to submit a confidential application.
