We are currently recruiting for a IT Support Analyst (Level 2) within our IT department. Immediate Start Available Permanent full-time working 5 days in the Sydney office Attractive Salary on offer - $90,000 to $105,000 per annum - depending on skills and experience The Role: We are at the forefront of utilising cutting-edge technology to revolutionise business practices, enhance in-house capabilities, and secure our financial future. As part of our strategic IT direction, we're seeking an IT Support Analyst with a specialised focus on customer service and end-user enablement. This role is crucial within our global IT infrastructure, providing targeted support across the Australian time zones and collaborating with our international team of Systems Administrators based in the UK, Canada, Europe, and the US. Key Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive desktop PC support, addressing hardware and software issues, performing system installations and updates, and ensuring optimal performance for end-users. Deliver first-line technical support through remote assistance, focusing on global operations support. Work as an integral member of the global IT team, ensuring cohesive IT strategy and support across all locations. Collect detailed information on issues for precise troubleshooting and ticket escalation. Requirements: Solid understanding of IT systems, including desktop PC support. Exceptional problem-solving skills in solving complex system issues. Superior communication skills for effective global collaboration and user support. Flexibility to work across different time zones and provide updates outside of standard office hours.
