Due to their rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant or Supervisor to join their dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, mentoring junior staff, and supporting their clients’ success. Key responsibilities: Prepare and review Australian tax returns, special purpose financial statements, BAS and FBT returns Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and standards Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships Collaborate directly with partner and managers on international tax and business advisory projects Mentor and support junior accountants, fostering professional development Drive process improvements and automation across financial systems Identify business development opportunities and contribute to strategic growth Key benefits: A flexible, people-first workplace that values balance and support Opportunities for career progression and continuous learning on new and challenging aspects of taxation A central CBD location with hybrid working options A collaborative, close-knit team culture where ideas and innovation thrive Study support The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified or close to completion and have at least 4 years of experience in a public practice accounting firm. To be successful you will need to have strong technical knowledge of Australian and/or international tax and accounting standards. It would be advantageous but not essential is you have prior experience managing staff as well as exposure to cross border taxation.
