A well established Australian water pump business is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse & Logistics coordinator as we’re entering a phase of operational transformation and growth You’ll work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth, accurate, and professional flow of goods. The Position will focus on the following: Manage all inbound and outbound goods Coordinate complex dispatches Arrange courier pickups and track shipments Ensure timely and accurate packing and dispatch of orders Conduct regular and accurate stocktakes Communication with sales and marketing team to ensure website up to date Maintain correct stock locations and warehouse layout Identify and resolve stock discrepancies Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and running efficiently at all times Accurately identify incoming stock and match to job orders Key Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues independently Organised, methodical, and self-motivated — takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged Comfortable using basic business software (Microsoft Office, Xero, CRMs, etc.) You will grow with the business and will be provided with ongoing training.
