ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and personable Retail & Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, orders and showroom coordination while supporting the commercial sales pipeline. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for both retail and trade clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s care and attention to detail. This role is full time, and is based out of our Alexandria Office/Showroom. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Showroom & Retail Coordination Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and authenticity. Be an expert on our products and present them to our clients with confidence. Respond promptly to phone, email and live chat enquiries, Process retail and online orders, generate quotes and invoices. Send fabric and material samples to clients. Ensuring the showroom is well presented and an inviting space for our customers. Maintaining CRM Retail pipeline, logging showroom visits, and reporting on retail activities and figures. Sales Coordination (Commercial Support) Supporting the Project Consultants by taking ownership of incoming inquiries. Responding to client enquiries promptly. Maintain the CRM with accurate client and project data. Prepare and process sales quotes and orders. Approve and set up Trade Portal accounts and manage 3D file requests. Report on individual commercial sales activity and figures. Maintain sample swatch stock and re-ordering as required. Send fabric and material samples to interstate and international trade clients. Residential Trade Pathway As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into managing residential trade enquiries. This will involve working directly with designers on residential projects, preparing quotes, tracking samples and orders, and nurturing long-term relationships within the design community. KEY REQUIREMENTS Customer service is your passion - you have a positive, down-to-earth, can-do attitude, and prioritise customer experience. You’re a team player - you care about our success and show initiative in supporting the team. Time management is a strength - you have strong administration and organisation skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines You’re tech savvy and know how to navigate quoting and CRM softwares. Growth mindset - you love learning and have ideas to improve and grow. A desire to represent our brand and/or a passion for Australian Design and Furniture. Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordination role. Some form of Industry experience - Architecture or Interior Design. Familiarity with sales pipelines and reporting processes.
