SAP Program Delivery Manager - Sydney

Ayan Infotech are looking for an SAP Program Delivery Manager for a full time permanent job opportunity in Sydney. Due to the nature of the work involved, we can consider only Australian Citizens who hold an active baseline security clearance. Title: SAP Program Delivery Manager Location: Sydney Type: Full Time Permanent Required Skills and Experience: We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate SAP managed services . This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across financials, release management, reporting, and resourcing. The successful candidate will have a background in SAP S/4HANA and be capable of managing complex delivery streams in a secure environment. Key Responsibilities Financials Ensure timely submission of invoices before the end of each calendar month. Finalise credit notes with SAP Solutions and coordinate issuance. Release Management Confirm monthly baseline with SAP Solutions teams. Finalise and track the "Say to Do Ratio" with SAP Solutions. Reporting Submit SLA reports by the first week of each month. Coordinate annual submission of ASAT and CSAT reports. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Resourcing Manage offshore resource capacity (fortnightly). Organise resumes and interviews for replacements and new hires (ad hoc). Coordinate quotes, interviews, and change requests for additional resources. Plan and manage resource rotations (six-monthly). Oversee security clearance processes for team members. Team Management Lead quarterly performance management activities. Thought Leadership Become trusted advisor to the customer for all things related to SAP. Essential Criteria Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in SAP environments, preferably with S/4HANA . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
