What you'll do:As the Team Leader of our Administration team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, timely and high-quality delivery of a broad range of administrative services that support our professional services Accounting firm. The Administration function is highly valued, the backbone of our operations and critical to our Accounting firm’s success. As the Team Leader, your key responsibilities include: Leading a talented and high performing administration team: support each team member's growth through knowledge sharing, professional development, regular performance and career development conversations and team meetings. Foster a culture that's collaborative, client-focused and curious. Work with the team to build skills that support their career progression goals. Continuous improvement: Review and continuously improve team processes and procedures to streamline systems and enhance service delivery. Manage workflow and capacity to ensure the consistent, professional, accurate and timely delivery of administration services. Accounting administration support: take a hands-on approach in supporting your own portfolio of accounting professionals and clients, as well as being the escalation point for more complex administration tasks.
