Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve customer concerns, and explore upsell opportunities. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track regional performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools for managing sales activities. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, lead and mentor sales teams, and foster a high-performance culture. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
