Project Manager - Strategic Incubators

Responsibilities Oversee the timely evolution and delivery of several strategic incubation projects involving a diverse team of product managers, R&D and business functions Act as the single point of contact for an overview of the collection of strategic incubation projects Regularly report the status of all projects, including KPIs, financials, risks/opportunities, recommendations to mitigate deviations and recovery plans Proactively communicate with all organizational stakeholders to ensure they are informed Collaborate closely with the project leaders to guide the timely realization (on‑time, on‑budget and in‑scope) Ensure alignment across the organization between different functional teams Drive a structured approach to the execution of the projects (e.g., project plans, project deliverables and project updates) Constantly drive the organization to identify opportunities to improve the deliverables of projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar preferred 5‑10 years’ experience in product marketing, product management and/or product technology in a technology‑based organization Proven track record in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from initiation to completion — ideally in a technical or industrial environment Familiarity with the energy, infrastructure or technology sectors is a plus Experience working in a multinational business environment preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working with project KPIs, budgets and risk assessments; able to interpret data, identify deviations and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track and within scope Capable of guiding project leaders and functional teams toward shared goals and timely delivery Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and organizational efficiency Some level of client‑facing experience preferred Fluent in both written and oral English Benefits A holistic range of competitive benefit program to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
