About the Role Westinghouse Mangiarotti is a global leader in the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers for the Nuclear Industry, maintaining high safety and quality standards. As a key member of the Quality Assurance & Documentation team at our Monfalcone, Italy site, you will manage the distribution of project documentation between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Manage the internal and external distribution of all project deliverables and maintain their status through dedicated logs. Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and sending project documents and records of exchanges with suppliers. Distribute applicable project documentation within the organization and issue controlled paper copies when required. Support the Quality Project Engineer with administrative tasks for preparing, assembling, archiving, and transmitting final project dossiers (e.g., EoMR, FDB, QADP, QVD). Coordinate receipt of customer comments and forward them to the QPE or other departments for resolution. Qualifications High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems preferred. English fluency at B2 level minimum or French language fluency. Benefits Great compensation package.
