Senior Research Scientist @ INFN | Astrophysics, Physics, Sensors National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) – Perugia Section The INFN Perugia Section is seeking an Experimental Astroparticle, High-Energy, or Nuclear Physicist . INFN–Perugia offers a 1-year research contract , with the possibility of extension for up to 3 years . An on-site working arrangement is required. Requirements PhD in Experimental Astroparticle Physics, High-Energy Physics, Nuclear Physics, or Nuclear Engineering Advanced knowledge of C/C++ programming languages Advanced knowledge of the GEANT4 and ROOT toolkits Experience in modelling, data analysis, and uncertainty quantification for large scientific datasets Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in high-energy, astroparticle, or radiation physics data analysis.
