Job Description
Team Lead | Onshore/Offshore Wind & Cleantech The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Junior Legal to join a leading IPP with around 1000 employees globally. Responsibilities Advise on all legal aspects related to real estate and business development. Draft and negotiate financing and construction agreements. Continuously review land-related contracts. Design preventative strategies to avoid problems. Prevent legal disputes and advise the business team and senior management on all legal matters. Coordinate with external lawyers and serve as a liaison between them and the business team. Prepare and negotiate contracts for the generation and sale of electricity. Prepare and negotiate contracts related to the operation of information systems. Prepare and negotiate contracts with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement (EPC) providers specializing in the construction, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of power plants and battery storage systems for photovoltaic and energy storage projects. Review corporate, real estate, basic financial, and interconnection documents with the Terna. Follow up with clients to obtain documents and feedback on contracts for closing deals. Advise on energy regulatory matters, especially regarding regulatory updates. Requirements Law degree (required). At least years of experience in a law firm or with end clients. Fluent English and Native Italian. Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and project management experience. Availability for frequent travel.
