Project Manager - Navale

Join to apply for the Project Manager - Navale role at LHH We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to be inserted within a highly specialized production context, oriented towards excellence and the personalization of complex technical solutions. The resource will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customized orders, interfacing with customers, suppliers, external partners, and internal multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, procurement, quality). The role requires a high degree of autonomy, responsibility for respecting times, costs, and qualitative standards, as well as a strong orientation towards final customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the entire project life cycle, from requirement definition to final delivery. Collaborate with technical offices to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Constantly monitor the progress of activities, managing critical issues and implementing corrective actions. Preside over relationships with strategic suppliers and external partners. Prepare periodic reports on the economic and operational progress of projects. Ensure coherence between customer needs and operational execution. Your Profile Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related disciplines. Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the role, preferably in production contexts with orders. Ability to coordinate inter-functionally and strong problem-solving orientation. Excellent relational skills, precision, and proactive approach. Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
