Senior Industrialization Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry)

We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to lead high-impact projects within a regulated environment. You’ll take part in the industrialization of new products and the implementation of innovative packaging solutions, ensuring performance, compliance, and scalability across production sites. Lead industrial projects from concept to production, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performance objectives are met. Build and manage detailed project schedules in MS Project . Track key performance indicators (progress, risks, deviations, and corrective actions). Define and optimize product/process approaches by challenging existing technical solutions. Develop and validate production processes, tooling, and industrial equipment . Manage full qualification activities: IQ/OQ/PQ , FAT/SAT , and associated documentation. Ensure robustness of machines and processes through to production launch. Write or update SOPs, work instructions, and operational procedures . Lead knowledge transfer to local manufacturing teams (training, support, handover). Maintain and update data in SAP (articles, routings, BOMs). Organize and lead project reviews with cross-functional teams (production, quality, purchasing, R&D, supply chain, etc.). | WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ? 5–10 years of experience in industrialization, process engineering or manufacturing project management . Background in pharma, biotech, or medical devices highly valued. Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and Office suite . Solid experience in automation, equipment qualification, or production start-up .
