QA Engineer (Automation | API & UI Testing | English Required) – Onsite São Paulo

TestFly is growing! We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong automation and testing fundamentals to join our São Paulo team. In this role, you’ll work closely with international developers, SDETs, and product teams to ensure our gaming and systems projects reach the highest quality standards. You’ll help design robust test plans, build and maintain automation frameworks, and validate new features across APIs, services, and user interfaces. This is an onsite position where English communication is essential, as you’ll collaborate daily with global partners and clients. What You’ll Do Test Planning & Execution Translate product requirements into structured test cases and plans. Conduct manual and automated testing of UI and APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright. Track, reproduce, and report bugs with clear steps and documentation. Automation & Framework Development Contribute to and maintain automation frameworks. Write, maintain, and scale automation scripts for core workflows. Monitor test runs, analyze logs, and diagnose automation issues. Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work with developers and project managers to improve service reliability. Communicate blockers and share technical insights clearly in English. Documentation & Reporting Maintain test documentation, bug reports, and onboarding guides. Provide feedback to improve QA processes and tools. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation . Hands‑on experience with API testing and UI automation frameworks (Rest Assured, Playwright, Cypress, etc.). Familiarity with agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
