Integration Engineer (Mulesoft)

We're working with a leading organisation that's deep in the middle of a large-scale Finance Modernisation Program - and they're looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to jump in and make an impact from day one. You'll be helping to build and remediate a series of integrations across both legacy and modern systems, playing a key role in a fast-moving, high-visibility project. What you'll be doing: Designing, developing, and supporting integrations using MuleSoft (Mule 4). Collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable integration solutions. Contributing to solution design and reviewing code delivered by integration partners. Supporting deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines (using Azure DevOps or similar tools). Who we're looking for: Solid hands-on experience with MuleSoft / ESB, Java, XML, JSON, and SQL. Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, and familiarity with RAML or OpenAPI standards. Someone who's proactive, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment. Comfortable working to deadlines and collaborating across both technical and non-technical teams. The details: Contract: 6 months (with more digital projects in the pipeline).
