Job Description

Do you have experience within an insurance broking firm? Currently an Assistant/Account Executive and looking to develop? Our client is a well-established, international general insurance broking firm. Due to growth, they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the fast paced team as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive. You will be supporting a highly experienced Account Manager and be responsible for day-to-day servicing of a large general insurance book of business. You will also be: Liaising with clients and other brokers and process new business and renewals Assisting in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the system Coordinating with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolving any policy-related issues Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Ideally you will have: Experience as an Assistant/Account Executive within a brokerage Tier 1 qualification highly desirable Basic knowledge of General Insurance products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment If you have a desire to learn more across various product lines and grow within insurance broking, this is a great opportunity for you.
