Applications Support Analyst (ERP, POS, Ecommerce)

About the role The Applications Support Analyst (ERP, POS, Ecommerce) provides day-to-day operational support for our core business software systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Apps, Power BI, and associated custom integrations. You’ll triage and resolve incidents, manage user access, monitor system performance, and assist with deployments. Working within a collaborative IT team, you’ll engage with stakeholders across eCommerce, projects, business analysis, and external consultants to assist users at all business levels in a customer-facing environment. What You'll Bring Experience in application support with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI). Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues with users. Excellent organisational skills to manage cases and keep records current. Initiative, accountability, and a strong eye for quality. Effective communication skills – written and verbal. Experience with data migration and system integration. A background in Accounting or Finance (highly regarded). Microsoft certifications (desirable). Personal Attributes Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts simply. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Professional, respectful, and customer-focused in all interactions.
