THE ROLE As the business continues to scale, this is a rare opportunity for a talented FP&A professional to take ownership of key financial planning and forecasting models and become the go-to expert for Anaplan development and maintenance. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance how the organisation plans, forecasts, and makes strategic decisions, owning core FP&A models and partnering closely with senior stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, build, and enhancement of FP&A and cashflow models in Anaplan, delivering accurate and scalable planning outputsPartner with the wider business to embed Anaplan and support budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting packsManage cost allocation processes and provide insights to inform strategic investment decisionsIdentify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiencyAct as a trusted finance business partner to various teams across the business and contribute to a collaborative finance culture REQUIREMENTS CA/CPA (or equivalent) with 3 years experience in an FP&A roleAnaplan experience is a must haveStrong FP&A, financial modelling, and process improvement experience, with advanced Excel skillsSolid systems capability (Anaplan, SAP, MS Office) and a focus on automationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of financial services or investment banking operations is advantageous If this sounds like the role for you please apply through the link or contact Andrew Kiely at andrewk@axr.com.au
