(pro rata) Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Permanent part-time working 15 hours per week About the Role AHP-2 In this meaningful and rewarding role, you’ll provide specialist psychological care to adults living with chronic heart failure as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You’ll conduct psychological assessments, design and deliver tailored interventions, provide group education sessions and support patients to improve their wellbeing and self-management. Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the Chronic Heart Failure Self-Management Program, to enhance patient outcomes and promote long-term health and quality of life. AHP-3 In this senior role, you’ll provide advanced psychological care and leadership within the CALHN Chronic Heart Failure Self-Management Program, supporting adults living with heart failure to improve their mental health, wellbeing and self-management. You’ll deliver individual and group interventions, guide evidence-based practice, and contribute to service planning, evaluation and research. As a clinical leader, you will provide supervision to provisionally registered Psychologists on clinical placement and support other psychologists within the CALHN psychology team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence in psychological care.
