Junior Project Estimator/ Contract Administrator

About the role Renfay Projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Estimator/Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Strathfield South, NSW. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the estimating and contract administration functions within our construction company, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. What you'll be doing Assist in the preparation and review of detailed cost estimates for construction projects Collaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost projections Participate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements Contribute to the development and maintenance of estimating templates, databases, and other tools Provide administrative support to the estimating and contract management teams as needed What we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a similar estimating or contract administration role within the construction industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings Proficient in the use of estimating software, spreadsheets, and other relevant computer applications Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team Familiarity with construction contract administration processes and procedures What we offer At Renfay Projects, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
