Project Administrator/ coordinator

About the role: As a Project Administrator at Building Response Australia , you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of the company's construction projects. This full-time position is based in our Slacks Creek office and is integral to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs. What you'll be doing Schedule site attendances for internal trades and supervisors Liaise with Repair Supervisors to assist with managing KPI's and updates Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem-solving Issue work orders to external contractors Assist with answering client queries Provide administrative support as required with the Claims administrators Maintain project records and filing systems to ensure information is readily available Contribute to the continuous improvement of project administration processes and practices Assisting Supervisors with material ordering/ purchasing What we're looking for Relevant qualifications or experience in project administration or a related field Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in the use of project management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant administrative tools Prime Ecosystem experience advantageous Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Experience in the Building & Construction industry is essential (preferably Insurance repair based) Understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulatory requirements (desirable) What we offer At Building Response Australia, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding work environment.
