UX Researcher

As a User Experience (UX) Researcher, you are an expert in your field. You use your knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods to conduct moderately complex research projects with little-to-no oversight. You are able to communicate their findings clearly and concisely, and your work has a direct impact on product strategy and decision-making. You are also actively involved in contributing to the field of UX research, collaborating, and finding new ways to improve the user experience. You are a fully-trusted, senior member of a team, and may be seen as a lead of a particular area, project, or initiative. Responsibilities Conduct user research to uncover needs, inform product strategy, and identify business opportunities, ensuring alignment with user and organizational goals. Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve user experience across services and platforms. Promote inclusive research and design practices to support the development of accessible, equitable, and user-centric products. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove strategic, product, or technical blockers, advocating for user needs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals. Define and track key metrics to measure the impact of products, services, and the overall user ecosystem. Anticipate evolving user needs and adapt research strategies to maintain relevance and strategic alignment. Lead complex research initiatives from planning to execution, including qualitative/quantitative analysis, surveys, and usability testing. Communicate insights effectively to influence decisions, build alignment, and foster empathy across teams. Proactively expand responsibilities and identify opportunities to increase research impact and organizational influence.
