Distribution and storage centres are in various areas around Australia. What is a Rioflex Plant Operator? Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of day-to-day production and operations to meet production targets you will be undertaking day to day operational tasks. We will provide full training for this position. This will be a FIFO role on a Tier 1 client site. Initial training will be in the south west region. About You High focus on quality and safety Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Excellent eye for detail Able to learn quickly and independently Able to perform physically demanding tasks Previous exposure working with dangerous goods, highly desirable Experience in a manufacturing environment, highly desirable Key Responsibilities: Mix bulk ingredients and chemicals using the following MAXAM process and procedures Loading and unloading of dangerous goods vehicles and tanks, Compliant with procedures and regulations. Correctly operate all plant and mobile equipment including recurring maintenance Work cohesively as part of the production team to achieve production targets Perform and record quality checks of raw materials and final product and safety checks of plant and mobile equipment. Assist with additional maintenance, administrative or other duties as directed by Plant Manager or Supervisor. Operate manufacturing equipment. Requirements for the Role: Must be able to obtain a Dangerous Good Security Card (DGSC). Current Drivers Licence. High Risk Forklift Licence. Must be able to obtain a National Police Clearance. Must pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a drug and alcohol test. Full Australian Work Rights. As part of the recruitment process, suitable applicants will be required to complete Pre-Employment Medical testing including Drug and Alcohol screening. Successful applicants may also be subject to random drug and alcohol screening whilst on assignment.
