CTI Security is a leading provider of electronic security monitoring across Australia. ARM Security, our West Perth Monitoring Station, is certified to ASIAL Grade A1 standards and are looking for a full-time operator to join our team as we continue to build the range of high-quality monitoring services we provide. Our Alarm Response Centre operates 24/7 allowing a range of 8 or 12 hours shifts in a comfortable environment, close to public transport or with free onsite parking. Successful applicants will require: · A commitment to excellent customer service · Good computer skills and accuracy · Strong problem-solving skills · Be able to follow procedures in a busy environment. · Demonstrate an excellent phone manner. · A genuine desire to help customers when they need it the most.
