Manager Business Operations Work Type: Full time, 2 years maximum term Salary: Salary: $91,261.80 p.a. super benefits incl. salary packaging Location: Hybrid based from anywhere in the western Victoria region (Ballarat or Geelong area) About Us Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) is responsible for increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of health services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes. Working together with community and health industry partners, WVPHN is committed to strengthening the primary healthcare system, based on local needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the Business Operations Team to deliver consistent, high-quality administrative and operational support. Oversee office management, systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure a customer-first mindset across internal and external service delivery. Maintain high standards of information governance, data accuracy, and security. Provide backup leadership for procurement, fleet, and facilities to ensure business continuity. Drive operational efficiency and process improvement, using data and feedback to inform decisions. Essential Proven experience in business operations, administration, or office management. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and service excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset. Advanced proficiency with business systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Financial acumen to support budgeting, monitoring, and reporting. Knowledge of procurement, fleet, and facilities, or a willingness to learn. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Desirable Qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Project management or process improvement certifications.
