Senior Project Manager - Class 2 Residential

They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working across diverse developments and contributing to the delivery of exceptional residential spaces. Job Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and delivery. Lead and mentor site teams, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Oversee procurement, contract management, and trade package scoping to ensure efficiency and cost control. Monitor construction progress, issue EOTs/delay notices, and maintain program accuracy. Ensure full compliance with WHS, QA, environmental, and DA requirements. Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and utility providers to obtain necessary approvals and connections. Provide regular reporting on cost, cash flow, procurement, and program performance to senior management. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and uncompromising commitment to safety and quality. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager within residential or commercial construction. Demonstrated success in delivering multi-unit developments from concept through to completion. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors. Solid understanding of construction programming, procurement, and contract administration. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, WHS regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
