Claims and Injury Management Lead

Linkforce has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims and Injury Management Lead to join our CBD Head Office team. THE ROLE Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be provided with autonomy to lead our workers compensation and return to work outcomes, whilst being supported by direct reports within our Health Team. Working collaboratively and closely with company leadership, injured workers and insurer, duties include: Manage workers compensation claims and return to work outcomes Engage with site leadership, medical service providers, insurers and workers Drive claim strategy, with the goal to expedite worker recovery and claim closure Lead regular claims reviews with key stakeholders Track, monitor and report on claim status, costs and trends ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, or a role with a transferable skillset: 2 years workers compensation and injury management experience Extensive knowledge of WA workers compensation legislation True passion for teamwork and supporting others with mentoring and coaching. Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills Relevant qualification in an Allied Health discipline is desirable A proactive and strategic mindset Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and delegate Experience with Solv Injury or similar injury/claims management system IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team that will give you the onboarding and training to create a successful career with Linkforce.
