Estimator/Sales Consultant

Company: Urban Pour Concrete Solutions Urban Pour Concrete Solutions is a growing contractor in Melbourne, delivering high-quality basements, slabs, retaining walls, and structural concrete works. We’re looking for an Estimator / Sales Consultant who understands construction and can help us win more projects through accurate estimating and strong client engagement. The Role Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete construction projects. Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure correct scope and pricing. Review project specifications, tender documents, and site requirements. Prepare and present quotes/tenders in a professional and timely manner. Work directly with builders, developers, and homeowners to qualify and secure work. Follow up leads, negotiate terms, and close contracts. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. What We’re Looking For Must have experience in construction/building (concrete, civil, or related field). Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans . Background in estimating and/or sales within construction highly desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness. Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently. What We Offer We’re flexible with remuneration and will structure the role to suit the right candidate: Salary Package: Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 Super (depending on experience).
