As the Senior Campaign Analyst for Campaign Projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of the Qantas Loyalty initiatives with speed and accuracy. You act as the subject matter expert in data, technology and governance of the customer data used in the solutions for Qantas Loyalty initiatives. You will work autonomously and, in a team, to provide recommendations and solutions to your stakeholders. This position is responsible for building strategic solutions to business problems and influence business, product / program direction to maximise the return on marketing investment. This position will make sure that the handling of PI data in transformation and ingestion by downstream is as per Privacy requirement. Through the development and implementation of complex project and analytics methodologies, the position is accountable for ensuring that the delivery of Project will enable campaigns that are targeted to the customers with the highest propensities ensuring greatest take up and maximising revenue and ensuring this aligns to the business units’ missions and objectives. What You’ll Bring To The Role5 Years’ experience in Campaign Management/Targeting and SegmentationAdvanced skills in BASH/UNIX scripting and SQL querying and relational databases, JIRA experience also preferredTertiary degree in Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computing or related analytical fieldProven experience in secure data transfer mechanism and utilize industry best practicesStrong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skillsManaging and prioritising a number of competing tasks for different initiativesProven experience in applying experimental design including the use of control groups for marketing campaignsUnderstanding of competitive environment and markets in the Loyalty industryAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentSelf-motivated and proactive attitudeExcellent organisational and communication skills - both written and verbalAbility to work under pressure, prioritise tasks & meet deadlinesAbility to meet Corporate and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards; andAbility to comply with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities StandardExperience in Tableau or data visualisation tools (Power BI/Qliksense) is highly regardedExperience in campaign management platforms (Adobe campaign, Unica, Teradata CIM )Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in campaign optimization, personalization.Experience in any programming language like JAVA, Python is an added advantage Why Qantas?
