We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a well-known international hotel in the heart of Perth. About the Role As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences across a variety of outlets. This role requires a versatile professional who can confidently manage à la carte service, banquets, and in-room dining. You'll rotate every two weeks across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring variety, balance, and plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills.
