This role is ideal for professionals who combine analytical thinking with strategic insight and have a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives. You will lead and support the creation of robust, evidence-based business cases by engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, conducting options analysis, and collaborating closely with business, technical, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the development of business cases for digital projectsConduct stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and options analysisTranslate complex business problems into clear, structured documentation and options analysisPerform NPV and cost-benefit analysis to frame a compelling case for investmentCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance to ensure proposals are robust and evidence-based What You'll Need Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Case Developer in digital or ICT environmentsProven track record in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessmentStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsImmediate availabilityComfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 days remote, 3 days onsite or as required) Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
