About the role Rosewood Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Rosewood, Queensland. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. The sucessful applicant will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This position is best suited to an applicant with previous pharmacy experience. What you'll be doing Assisting with the dispensing of medications and other pharmacy products Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and inventory Restocking and organising the pharmacy shelves Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations What we're looking for Strong customer service skills and a commitment to patient-centred care Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems A team player with the ability to work collaboratively Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is highly desirable What we offer At Rosewood Pharmacy, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
