Job Description
II/ AIM OF THE POSITION the payroll coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are performed accurately and in a timely manner. in conjunction with working closely with the human resources and finance department to ensure that all employees receive their compensation correctly and on time. In addition, he/she must assist in resolving any payroll related inquiries or problems. III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES Responsible for the analysis of results, the implementation and maintenance of a job evaluation system and the execution of remuneration administration policies. Partner with benefits providers to compare what's available and how you can improve employees' work lives. Supervise benefits managers, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing team issues. Collect data for reporting along with employee feedback on salary and benefit changes. Help employees and managers understand the salary ranges and benefits available. Manages the Compensation and Benefits program, analyzes salary evolution, positioning of remunerations in the market and staffing costs, verifies the salary structure and its internal equity and prepares monthly reports to Management. RESPONSIBILITIES Know, comply with and ensure compliance with the company's safety, health and environmental policies Know, comply with and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations Ensure that your collaborators know and follow the work instructions (safe operations and safety sheets) Participate in activities related to safety, health and the environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.) Contribute to compliance with plant safety, health and environmental objectives Immediately report incidents, accidents or work illnesses to EHS/Supervisor or medical service Safeguard your own safety and that of your colleagues Keep senior management informed about the operation of the Management System AUTHORITY Inform your superior or HR/EHS department of unsafe conditions or acts Suspend the operation when it could affect the integrity of the collaborator and/or plant or when it is considered a bad environmental practice. Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR/EHS department Application of disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety, health and/or bad practices that may affect the environment. CARRY OUT OTHER MISSIONS / ACTIVITIES UPON REQUEST FROM HIS/HER MANAGER(S) REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in psychology, management or industrial engineering Experience in the human resources Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position. Advanced English proficiency Teamwork Organization Follow-up and control Service attitude Planning and organization Adaptation to new technologies Intelisis system management knowledge Microsoft office skills TRESS
