ServiceNow Developer (Contract – Remote, Europe/UK) Location: Remote – anywhere in Europe or the UK Contract: Freelance, 6 months (with extension – project runs until early 2027) Experience: Minimum 3 years as a ServiceNow Developer Language: English (professional proficiency) Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer (contract) to join our team and support the ongoing development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. You’ll focus on ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM modules , delivering high-quality configurations, customizations, and integrations that align with business and technical needs. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM modules. Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, and workflows . Build and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, API). Ensure data accuracy and compliance with CMDB and CSDM standards. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting and workflow automation skills. Proven hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM . Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations and related technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English. Must be eligible to work remotely within Europe or the UK . Nice to Have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or higher). Experience with FSM (Field Service Management) or other ServiceNow modules. Background in Agile or Scrum environments.
