Your impact: you’ll be a trusted advisor for operations across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and, when needed, the Middle East and Africa (MEA), driving legal support in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate high-value contracts and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance. Navigate complex regulatory and data protection frameworks to ensure compliant operations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to enable commercial outcomes. Drive digital transformation in legal operations, including process improvements and use of legal tech tools. What You Need To Succeed Experience & Skills Qualified lawyer with 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE). Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation in the technology sector. Background in multinational IT/tech companies or top-tier law firms advising such clients. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and native fluency in a Central/Eastern Europe language. Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and AI-related legal frameworks. Mindset & Attributes Business-oriented legal thinking — balancing risk management with commercial goals. Keen interest in legal tech and process innovation. High attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, advisory style.
