Stakeholder communications: Facilitate regular updates and meetings with internal teams and leadership. Collaborate with product mangers, engineers, and program team to define project scope and objectives. Identify potential risks and develop migration strategies. Document and maintain clear records of project plans, decisions, and progress reports. Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for the profit and loss and technical aspects of a program(s) generating profitable revenue and fee for the company. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands services with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields. * 5 years' experience in project/program management. * Must have prior experience with ABMS DI, preferably related to managing the implementation of a networked lab environment in support of capability and feature testing for the DI Network * Strong organization and communication skills. * Familiarization with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, etc. * Must have active TS clearance; TS/SCI Physical Requirements May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipyard environment.
