Program Management Associate with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret-Cleared Program Management Associate to provide the Air Force with program management, strategic innovation, and business process improvement support. The Program Manager Associate will deliver actionable analysis, recommendations, and solutions to streamline acquisition processes, modernize operations, and accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies within the SSC/CG directorate. This is an on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities for the Program Manager Associate: * Lead and support business process improvement, modernization, and transformation projects across multiple functional areas. * Manage and coordinate program management and support services for innovative business improvement initiatives. * Develop and deliver strategic communication materials and reports for senior leadership. * Communicate with Program Managers and customer POCs to align project goals and progress. * Facilitate workshops with large teams to improve collaboration, efficiency, and innovation outcomes. * Support the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across the organization. * Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and dashboards for performance tracking. * Collect and analyze data to track key metrics, monitor project impact, and guide strategic decision-making. * Provide coaching and facilitation support for innovation project owners, including pitch development and project incubation. * Support creation of strategic frameworks, MVPs, and 5-year innovation roadmaps. Qualifications for the Program Manager Associate: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred); OR 5 years of relevant experience. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program or project management, innovation, or process improvement roles. * Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies. * Experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams. * General familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications as both user and a developer. * Basic knowledge of Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning principles. * Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize tasks. * Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred). Desired Skills for the Program Manager: * Experience with project management and innovation frameworks (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking). * Knowledge of change management methodologies and strategic communication planning. * Formal facilitation training and/or certifications. * Experience implementing AI solutions, including cloud, network, and cybersecurity considerations. Compensation for the Program Manager: * Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (based on years of experience and education) * Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 2 weeks PTO, and 11 Federal Holidays This job opens for applications on 10/29/2025.
