Job Number 709076BR Description:This individual shall manage a subset of the stress organization, spanning multiple lines of business and sites. They will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additionally they will support Production, manufacturing, Engineering Signoff, Report generation, document review, and/or Customer sustainment initiatives by leveraging subject matter expertise within the stress discipline. Basic Qualifications: Experienced Structural Engineer w/ a Focus on Static Strength Prior Leadership Experience (L-code or non l-code) Strong Communication and Documentation Skills Soft People Skills Ability to Obtain a Clearance Desired Skills: 8 Years of Professional Experience Familiarity with AMMM Structures Organization Production, Manufacturing, Sustainment Experience Experience Developing Presentation Materials and Presenting to High Levels of Internal and External Leadership Experience with EVMS and Control Accounts Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
